- A street shot in Bordeaux. The mist comes across the pavement so that people can walk through and refresh themselves.

- A street performance in Bordeaux

- The Loyal Order of Juice. With Peter Giron at L'Intendant, THE wine store in Bordeaux and one of he finest in the world. We went, and we spent!

- The sprial stairs at L' Intendant, a ways from the counter on the first floor.

- While driving around the south of France, we did find Bayonne. We did not however find Staten Island. Maybe next time.

- The view from Guy and Sarah's farm house, Canet, France

- Peter Giron, me and Kurt Elling at a nice dinner hang at friends of Kurt and Jennifer.

- If it gets up, run! Peter Giron, Kurt Elling and me as Kurt puts dinner on the grill.

- Speaking in tongs: If you thought "chicken with rosemary" was a duo recording by Jim Perdue and Rosemary Clooney, our guest chef Kurt Elling sets you straight. This arrangement brings the garlic to the forefront.

- A tribe called guests. The elders gather as Malcolm Giron discovers that Shishke Bob is not a blues player from the middle east, it's a dinner choice. Poor kid, I think someone sold him concert tickets. Jennifer tries to console him with a salad.

- Nicole Pagliardini. The woman who keeps it all going. If you ever lose sight of he joy of the little things in life, hang with Nicole.

- Me at Peter's house. Or, chillin' at Chateau Giron.

- Peter at home in Bordeaux. Dorothy, we ain't in Dumont any more!

- 2 horns, 2 rhythm - Dave Liebman, Jean-Jacques QUESADA, me and Peter Giron having lunch at Peter's house in the south of France. Note the ping pong table in the back. My doubles ability is better on the snare drum. I'll work on it.

- Sign at the center of town in St. Estephe.

- This here's vin country! Through the gates of the world famous Chateau Phelan Segur.

- The dunes at the south beach. Up and over to the water.

- The beach, south France. I had not been in the ocean in 25 years until now. Just beautiful.

- The home version of our game. We went to a chateau and filled up the ol' vin cube. It's like a party ball, but they fill it with wine. Here I am at Peter Giron's house transferring the wine into bottles. Malcolm is sitting behind me corking the bottles.

- Okay, Malcolm and I have bottled over two cases of wine. But when you have to too much in the bottle, you pour it into a glass. Then, you pour the glass into the vinter. The cork guy approves!
